
Q-POT was invented for using smoking liquid foods avoid using liquid smoke.
Is only cooking equipment enabling the cooking of smoked liquids (stew, soup, marinade,...) and also allows smoking of small piecies of food (ground or sliced meat, bacon, vegetable,...). This first limited edition is made from a cast iron, seasoned and ready to use.

3 STAGES OF THE SMOKING PROCESS
1. Smoke molecules enter the space inside the Q-POT through little chimney.
2. Smoke and steam molecules collide over the surface of the liquid.
3. Steam molecules enriched with smoke molecules condense back into a liquid and make a food with smoke flavor.
